30-day warranty
Subscriptions are sold in 30-day terms. If your assigned account cannot handle requests for more than 15 minutes in a row, that counts as an outage, and your service period is extended by the measured time once it is over.
If Anthropic disables the account
We move you to another account; you do nothing. Time we cannot cover is added to your service period. Compensation is service time only.
Ordering and payment
Order on Taobao or Xianyu, or buy directly in the console. Businesses can pay by corporate transfer and request an invoice after topping up.
