      How is an outage compensated?
      
Subscriptions are sold in 30-day terms. If your assigned account cannot handle requests for more than 15 minutes in a row, that counts as an outage, and your service period is extended by the measured time once it is over. Compensation is capped at 7 days in a calendar month. Compensation is given only as extra service time, never as cash, balance or granted credit. The one exception: if service stops due to force majeure, the monthly subscription fees you have paid convert to API credit at the API credit price shown in the console at that time, until fully used.

    

    
    

      Can I get an invoice?
      
Order on Taobao or Xianyu, or buy directly in the console. Businesses can pay by corporate transfer and request an invoice after topping up. An e-invoice (fapiao) carries a 3% tax surcharge. A VAT special invoice carries a 13% tax surcharge.

    

    
    

      How do I connect Claude Code?
